Chef Edmilson Rodrigues was born in Brazil, where the cowboys are called Gauchos and the barbecue is incredibly delicious. At Gaucho’s you will feel like you have been shipped straight to Brazil with each tender bite. Every meat is roasted to perfection with sides to make your mouth water. A barbecue chef will visit your table with huge skewers to shave meat directly onto your plate. Make sure to save some room for salad, their salad bar is expansive with many options to get your fill of veggies.
