Perro Negro's Chef and owner Dave Craggs has fond childhood memories centered around food, of growing up on Vancouver Island.  Digging for clams, roasting oysters, and eating fresh fish.  So began a culinary career with influences of the Mediterranean, in particular Spain.  You will love everything you try at Perro Negro, and can easily share. The bites are small, impressive and priced accordingly, so you can keep the plates coming.
